Project Description

Create a mobile interface that can be easily added to an existing mobile app to get info from the end user of the mobile app and schedule a call with the customer service agent. Create a simple web interface that can be used by the customer service agent to view and manage the appointments.

Purpose

To create a simple system to schedule, manage & monitor customer support appointments.

 

Features (App User)

  • Make appointment

    • A Call to Action (CTA) that will be the entry point for creating an appointment

  • A notice or message that we can only call US numbers

  • Required Fields to collect the following information

    • Full Name

    • Account

    • Email

    • Phone Number

    • Issue Description

  • Appointment Date and Time Selection for the customers (with a notice or message that the times are is CST)

    • Currently appointments are scheduled in 30 minute blocks

    • Have a method to distinguish between available and unavailable slots

    • Only available slots can be selected

  • Email customers with confirmation that we received the request and provide the date, time (including timezone), and phone number we will be calling

    • The email should include an option to cancel or reschedule the appointment

  • Option to reschedule the appointment

    Thank you for contacting [Brand] customer care. We have received your request for a callback on [Date Selected] at [Time slot Selected] CST. One of our agents will be calling the following number [Phone number]. We ask that all of the devices are plugged in and you are near the devices at the time of the callback.
